What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into an estimate form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code, whatever you write in the message box, and your answer to how you originally heard about us. There is no account to create and nothing is collected in the background.
Why we collect it
To get back to you about your roof. We use the phone number and email address to reply, the zip code to work out whether the property is in an area we cover, and the "how did you originally hear about us" answer to understand which of our efforts are actually reaching people. That last one is a pick from a short list, and nothing about your enquiry depends on which answer you give.
Where it goes
A submission is emailed to Zentora Digital Marketing LLC, who built and maintain this website and handle website enquiries on our behalf, and it reaches us from there. The email is sent through Resend, which handles delivery. A copy is also written to a private spreadsheet Zentora Digital Marketing LLC keeps, held in Google Workspace, so enquiries can be followed up and counted rather than lost in an inbox. Only we and Zentora Digital Marketing LLC can see it.
That is the whole journey. It is not sold and not used for advertising, and it is not shared with anyone else outside the business except a subcontractor or supplier working on your roof, where that is needed to quote or complete the work.
If the email cannot be sent at the moment you submit, nothing is recorded anywhere at all: the page tells you plainly that it did not go through and gives you the phone number, rather than thanking you for a message that went nowhere.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. We do not run Google Analytics, we do not run an advertising pixel, and we do not track you across other websites. One third-party embed loads, on the Dallas and Fort Worth pages only: the map, which is served by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and block abuse.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email and on that spreadsheet for as long as we may reasonably need it for the work and our records. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it from both.
Your choices
Write to fernando@northwestroofingsolutions.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
Children
This site is for people arranging roofing work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
